Courtney and Arsenio are such an awesome couple. They are both so, so sweet and if they lived here, instead of fabulous San Fran (tough life, I know), I would want to hang out with them all the time! They also have a wonderful family, and I was touched by how close everyone is. There was a whole lot of hugging going on – between siblings (lots of siblings!), spouses, parents and kids, friends – and it was so great to document it all.
Courtney got ready with her bridesmaids and family at her parents’ house. Courtney wore her mom’s wedding dress. After a few alterations, such as removing the sleeves and using some of the material for her veil, Courtney looked absolutely gorgeous! Once ready, we headed over to St. Charles Borromeo, a church Courtney fell in love with when she lived in Arlington after college. Father Creedon was poignant, funny, and had a fabulous Irish accent, and proved how cool he was when he played banjo at the reception! The celebration took place at the Country Club of Fairfax, which gave us a great, scenic backdrop for portraits :)
I just have to say that I loved working with Courtney, Arsenio, their fabulous bridal party, and their wonderful family! Thank you for being patient for this post while I vacationed for a few days :) Congratulations!!

Courtney is the cutest!

Good-looking couple :)

I love these!
