I’ve been excited about this wedding since Laura Ritchie of Events in the City first told me about her arty, unique clients who wanted to throw a “robots in love”-themed wedding. After hearing that and then meeting this fabulous pair – Linnie who sells her own handmade crafts on Etsy and Billy who does parkour! – I could not WAIT to see all of their creative ideas manifested on the wedding day. And wow. Robots. They were everywhere – on Billy’s cufflinks, in old vintage posters, as placecard holders, as centerpieces, and on top of the cake holding hands. As if that detail wasn’t cool enough, the entire wedding party wore chucks. That’s right – I don’t just mean the guys, I mean the ladies too. The bold chucks matched the ladies bouquets and the guys shirts and it was a fabulous feast of bright color. Everyone involved in the wedding fully embraced the fun theme with Laura doing last-minute gluing the night before the wedding and Brookhill Florist includings lots of metal, wire, and bolts in the flowers and boutonnieres. Needless to say, it was a very cool wedding, and as Frosti, the Best Man said during his toast, Linnie and Billy are clearly perfect for one another. Not only did one of them love hosting a robot-themed wedding, but they both did, and what a perfect, unique pair they make! Just see for yourself. :)
I thought about editing out the bugs from these shots, but wanted to share them with the world because the amount of bugs is insane! Thank you for putting up with it, guys, and Linnie & Billy, I promise to remove the little pests for your album. :)

Billy and his groomsmen are all a part of The Tribe, a professional parkour and free-running team, which means they frequently busted out poses like this. Without any communication or cues. They cracked me up.
Awesome details on the groomsmen:

Linnie and the ladies got ready in Breaux's bottling room:

Not to be outdone, the ladies also rocked some sweet chucks:
And then it was time to get married!

This was such a stunning wedding site!
And, of course, we had to get a photo of the guys doing their thing. Note that the groomsman third from the left is literally upside down. Awesome!

Ahhh! Pockets! Love it.

Robot cufflinks and Linnie's handmade bouquet:

Robot centerpieces, placeholders, and slinkies. So cool!

And the adorable robot cake topper:

This was a first for me. :)
