Meredith and Lewis fell in love with Weather Lea Farm when they were searching for unique wedding venues, and it’s easy to understand their affection for the place. Weather Lea is a working farm, which has been lovingly run by Pamela and Malcom Baldwin for 19 years, and the site is a little slice of perfection in Loudoun County. The grounds feature red barns, llamas, sheep, wood fences, an old blue pickup truck, grape vines, lush greenery, and a pond. As if this scene wasn’t charming enough, Meredith, her mom Mary Ann, Laura of Events in the City, and Holly of Holly Heider Chapple Flowers created the most gorgeous and thoughtful details for guests to enjoy. Meredith and Lewis’ friends and family were greeted by cider served from a wagon (in to mason jars!) at the ceremony site, green apples at the barn entrance to indicate seating, and homemade pies served with milk bottles and scoops of ice cream at the end of the night just to name a few charming details. I’m so happy Wale and I were invited to document the gorgeous wedding of this wonderful couple.
Congratulations, Meredith & Lewis. I wish you two the best!

The reception barn was just perfect. And, as usual, Holly created THE most gorgeous centerpieces!

I just loved the apples. Such a nice touch!

And this little seating area outside of the barn was adorable.
