Marina & Sean at Woodend Nature Sanctuary

Marina and Sean are two of the most huggable people I’ve ever met. Seriously. They’re always quick to smile, they’re super nice, and they are absolutely adorable together. In the 10+ hours I spent with them at their consultation, engagement session, and photographing their wedding, I can completely understand why these two are in love with one another. It’s because they are super lovable! As far as I can tell, there’s nothing to dislike about these two. And to top it off, they had a fabulous wedding! I loved it all, but these were the highlights in my humble opinion.

– Best First Dance ever. It was a provocative, fun little number perfectly played up by Marina and Sean. I was laughing so much I struggled to take pictures of it. That dance was a huge hit with the guests and Marina and Sean were surrounded by laughing, complimentary guests for a long time after the number ended.

– Woodend Nature Sanctuary. This is a gorgeous venue right on the edge of the woods that is frequented by lots of deer (I saw five at once!).

– All of the Spanish elements, including Marina’s dress and veil (mantilla) which she purchased in Spain earlier in the year. I had never seen such a beautiful veil! Also, Marina, her Mom, Aunt, and Cousin all performed a traditional Spanish dance during the reception and it was fabulous!

– Their friends and family. This was a great group of people that surrounded Marina and Sean with lots of love and laughter the entire wedding weekend, from the raucous celebrations the night before through the getting ready and on it to the wild dancing at the reception. Artemas and I have some hysterical pictures of this group. :)
